MORE THAN YOUR FIRST SALES ROLE

Good sales starts
with understanding.

A contractor needs equipment they can rely on. Your job begins with understanding their project, their priorities and what will help them get the work done.

Through structured rotations, mentorship from senior executives and customer meetings, you’ll learn the products and the business behind them. You’ll work with teams supporting construction, mining and industrial projects, and learn to make recommendations you can explain with confidence.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

Real work. From the start.

01

Understand the market

Find potential customers, understand what they’re working on and help the team identify where SANY equipment could meet a need.

02

Build customer relationships

Meet contractors and project teams. Learn to ask useful questions, follow up properly and earn trust over time.

03

Get out into the field

Visit project sites across Nigeria and help explain which equipment fits the work and why.

04

See the whole operation

Spend time with service, logistics and supply chain teams. Understand what happens after a customer says yes.

05

Turn insight into action

Turn what you learn about customers and markets into reports and proposals for senior leaders.
