YOUR STARTING POINT

An engineering qualification.
A practical mindset.

You’ve studied the principles. Now you want to use the tools, understand the equipment and become someone a customer can call on when there’s a problem.

Required qualification

You must hold an HND, BSc or BEng in an engineering discipline.

What you bring

  • A hands-on mindset. You want to work with tools, investigate faults and learn to maintain equipment yourself.
  • Clear communication. You listen carefully, explain what you’ve found in plain language and treat customers professionally.
  • Curiosity and continuous learning. You ask why, take feedback seriously and keep learning even after you’ve understood the basics.

THREE PHASES. PRACTICAL PROGRESS.

Learn it.
Then get to work.

INVESTING IN NIGERIA’S FUTURE TALENT

Your work matters
to someone.

Our Service Engineering Trainee programme has been running for over a year. We’re building the technical capability that helps customers keep their projects moving.

When equipment stops, a team’s work can stop with it. The care you take in diagnosing, repairing and explaining the problem makes a difference to the people on that site.
